Agence Norry is unveiling its new brand identity after four and a half years in business. This article explains why the redesign had become necessary, what has changed in the agency's offering, art direction and positioning, and what this new version of Norry says about what it builds for its clients: brand, design, web development, visibility and growth.

What happened over four and a half years

Norry was founded by Pauline Viseur and Melina Ramos with a simple conviction: growing companies deserve websites and identities that match who they really are. No templates, no generic solutions, but a digital presence that tells their story and works for them.

Since early 2022, that conviction has turned into concrete expertise. Projects have become more complex, and our clients have grown alongside us. The team's standards have risen along with the quality of our deliverables. Norry is no longer a Webflow agency: it is a digital growth partner that brings brand, design, web development (Webflow, Sanity, Prismic, Shopify), visibility and growth together in a single project approach.

The problem is that none of this showed in our own image. We were still presenting a version of Norry from a few years ago. Prospects discovering the agency couldn't see what it would actually be like to work with us. That gap has a cost, invisible but real.

It's the paradox many agencies and service providers live with: we build remarkable identities for others and neglect our own. Not for lack of care, but because the urgency of client projects always takes priority. Until the gap becomes too visible to keep ignoring.

What the new identity says about who we are

A rebrand isn't a new logo or a new color palette. It's about realigning what a team builds every day with the image it projects to the outside world. Between the promise people see and the reality clients experience.

Norry's new identity starts from that reality: we are an agency operating at the intersection of several disciplines (brand, design, development, visibility, growth) with flawless execution. The new visual system embodies this: precision in the choices, energy in the shapes, and a palette that doesn't try to please everyone but to be memorable for our target audience.

The art direction takes a stance. It doesn't seek the reassuring neutrality of generic good looks. It says something about how we work: with opinions, with strong choices, and with an attention to detail you can see.

What doesn't change

A rebrand can worry existing clients, and yet it shouldn't. What changes at Norry is the surface: the image, the colors, the messaging. What doesn't change is the substance.

  • The team. The same people, the same brains, the same rigor in execution.
  • The method. Projects run with the highest standards on every deliverable, from brief to launch.
  • The commitments. Deadlines met, direct communication, and a working relationship where clients never have to chase us to find out where their project stands.
  • The conviction. That a company's digital presence is a strategic asset, not an expense. And that the right time to redesign it is always before the gap starts to cost you.

What this redesign opens up

Norry's new identity isn't an end, it's a starting point. It opens the door to speaking to clients we couldn't reach before because our image didn't speak to them. SMEs and mid-sized companies that need a partner capable of bringing brand, design, development and visibility together under one vision. Growing startups and scale-ups that want an agency that understands where they're going, not just where they are today.

It also lets us state more clearly our positioning on topics where we've built real expertise: GEO, optimization for AI engines, and building a digital visibility that survives algorithm changes. It's something Norry has been doing for several years, and it's now something Norry says.

What this rebrand taught us about our own craft

Working on your own identity is the hardest exercise for an agency. Not technically, but humanly. Because you're both the client and the provider. Because every color or typography choice affects the whole team. Because you have to accept putting into words what you do well, without false modesty and without exaggeration.

This process confirmed something we've been telling our clients from the start: an image that lags behind reality is value lost every single day. Not a catastrophic loss, but a constant erosion. Every prospect who doesn't immediately understand what we do, every potential partnership that never comes together.

We've fixed that, and we're curious to see what it opens up from here.

Frequently asked questions about Norry's rebrand

Why did Agence Norry change its brand identity?

Because its image no longer matched what the agency has become. After four and a half years in business, Norry is no longer just a Webflow agency but a digital growth partner that brings together brand, design, web development, visibility and growth. Prospects were still seeing an older version of the agency, a gap that had an invisible but real cost.

What changes and what stays the same for existing clients?

Only the surface changes: the image, the colors and the messaging. The substance stays the same, with the same team, the same method and the same commitments, such as meeting deadlines and communicating directly. The agency's conviction also remains: a company's digital presence is a strategic asset, not an expense.

What types of clients is this new identity aimed at?

It opens the door to talking with SMEs and mid-sized companies looking for a partner able to carry brand, design, development and visibility within a single vision. It also targets growing startups and scale-ups. Norry is also more clearly embracing its positioning on GEO and AI engine optimization.
