Before Norry's intervention, several issues needed to be addressed:

- A complex subject (profitability, business model, cash flow) to be made accessible
- The lack of a strong and differentiating brand identity
- A discourse to be built in co-creation with the founder

Structuring a financial SaaS without making it intimidating
1. Strategic framework & product understanding
We started with a thorough understanding of the product, its financial logic and its target.
The objective: to identify what really creates value in Yeldra, and what needs to be explained, simplified, or reformulated for managers who are not experts in finance.
This framing made it possible to:
- Clarifying the central promise of SaaS
- Define the level of pedagogy required
- lay the foundations of the brand discourse and the site
2. Brand positioning & posture
Yeldra evolves on sensitive topics: profitability, cash flow, economic model.
So we worked on a positioning serious and credible, without falling into the anxiety-provoking or overly technical codes of the financial world.
This work focused on:
- the editorial position (expert, strategic ally, never moralistic)
- the tone and vocabulary used
- the balance between pedagogy and business ambition
3. Creation of the visual identity
Based on the defined positioning, we designed a brand identity capable of:
- reassure
- structuring
- project the value of the product
Logo, colors, fonts and graphic system have been designed to support the understanding of the product and support the readability of the site and marketing materials.
4. Discourse architecture & copywriting
The speech has been fully structured to guide the user step by step:
- Understand the problem
- Recognizing yourself in the challenges
- discover the solution
- Project yourself into use
Copywriting was co-built with Floriane, in order to maintain the accuracy of the speech, while gaining clarity, structure and impact.
5. UX/UI Educational Oriented Design
UX was designed as a decision support pathway, and not as a simple SaaS showcase.
We worked:
- progressive courses
- a clear prioritization of information
- educational sections to explain without overloading
- a readable, simple and reassuring UI
6. Webflow development & deployment
The site was then developed on Webflow with particular attention paid to:
- The performance
- the clarity of interactions
- the scalability of the product and the offers
A specific landing page has also been designed for the Bootcamp, with a clear objective: to convert without diluting the main message of Yeldra.
